Sales Incentive Programs for Manufacturing Industries
Incentive & Loyalty Programs for Manufacturing Companies
SPIFFs, Rebates, Incentives, Contractor Loyalty, Training, Gamification, Goal Attainment.
With more than 70 leading OEM enterprise clients, WorkStride provides the dedicated reward solutions, technology, and expertise to create winning programs that you and your audiences deserve, whether they’re dealers, distributors, contractors, resellers, or other key partners.
Reach. Engage. Incentivize.
Loyalty and Incentive Programs for Manufacturing Industries need to stand out. Companies that manufacture products and materials have a job that doesn’t end when product leaves the floor. Marketers must effectively reach and engage the key channels that drive sales and repeat purchasing. With influential indirect channels of dealers, distributors, and contractors often managing the last feet of the sale, it’s easy for OEMs to lose sight and control.
WorkStride supports major OEM brands in Building Materials, Kitchen and Bath, HVAC, and other manufacturing verticals. We create impactful, customized program experiences that bridge the gap between manufacturer and channel – inclusive of SPIFFs, Rebates, Contests, Training, MDF/COOP, and other incentives that fit your unique requirements. An unforgettable incentive program experience assures engagement, communication, sales capture and validation, reporting, training and education, and a great deal more.
“WorkStride has been very flexible and patient with us as we worked through some internal issues that delayed our ‘Go Live’ date. In addition the platform is VERY user friendly, intuitive, and simple.”

Building an Award-Winning Dealer Incentive Program with Lexmark International
Lexmark’s challenge with its incumbent incentive program came down to a fading use of the program by participants after registration, as well as the program’s inability to communicate with audiences. WorkStride engaged its team of experts to create an effective program experience that addressed Lexmark’s challenges and surpassed its objectives. Together, WorkStride and Lexmark created the ideal solution: Rewards at Lexmark.

To generate continuous interest, the program was built with audience segmentation of more than 30 distinct audience groups by key demographics. This created a personalized environment in which participants would see a unique and relevant program and contest experience, thus inspiring repeated engagement.
The program uses both long-term continuous SPIFFs and short-term contests, kickers, and double reward promotions. Users log in to track their earnings and participate in multiple available earning opportunities with Reward at Lexmark.

Creating JELD-WEN’s Flex into Training During COVID-19 with an Award-Winning Program
JELD-WEN, a premier building materials manufacturer, was facing dormant market conditions during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic. The company needed a flexible and unique incentive program to drive engagement with its dealers and installers. What began as a simple Spin2Win SPIFF in 2019 has evolved into a more robust incentive offering with a deep focus on training and learning.

Based on JELD-WEN’S unique needs, WorkStride created a custom incentive solution known as JELD-WEN University. The program, which was launched in less than a month, included 50 training modules for more than 2,000 eligible participants who could leverage their downtime and comfort at home.
Training revolved around brand product knowledge and installation. Within the first year, nearly half of JELD-WEN’s partners completed a training session – in addition to almost 20 percent growth in program enrollment for the educational incentives. Program achievements include:
Program Success:
48% training completion | 19.6% growth in enrollment | 3,500 new claims submitted | 3% increase in marketshare first year |
Komatsu Engages Contractors Through Creative Program Design
Komatsu is a leading global supplier of essential equipment, technologies and services for the construction, mining, forest, energy, and manufacturing industries. The company was looking to modernize their sales incentives program design to a fun and engaging challenges model

The nine-month Komatsu Parts Counter Challenge Program involves a series of product knowledge incentives grouped together in one central and accessible location. The incentive training program requires full completion of the previous challenge, promotion, or training to unlock the next.

The unique structure stands out and keeps the brand top of mind throughout the year, as it reengages the audience with each new challenge rolled out monthly, coupled with the grand prize.
Komatsu’s complex incentive program was implemented with WorkStride’s nimble technology keeping creativity and program engagement in mind. WorkStride jointly designed the program to be highly visually engaging for the user, including progress meters and widgets to see their challenges in action as they participate.
